I've been taking Cerefolin NAC Tablets for a few weeks now, and I'm curious about others' experiences. It's supposed to support nerve health, brain function, and protect cells from damage. I've also heard it can help manage homocysteine levels, which is important for heart and brain health.

However, I'm a bit worried about the side effects. I've read that rare, but severe, side effects can occur, like allergic reactions and kidney stones. I also experienced some stomach discomfort, but I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

Has anyone else had similar experiences? Or maybe you have some insights into the benefits and risks? I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried this supplement, or even professionals who know more.

Be careful with NAC. It can interact with other medications, especially blood thinners. Always check with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially with the potential side effects.

I've been on Cerefolin NAC for a few months now. I've noticed a significant improvement in my mood and overall cognitive function. I think it's worth the try, especially if you have concerns about homocysteine levels. But yeah, definitely consult your doctor first.

I'm a pharmacist, and I can confirm that NAC can interfere with some medications. Always check with a professional before starting something new.

Anyone know if this can interact with antidepressants? Just got prescribed it and I'm on Zoloft.

I think the key is to start with a lower dose and gradually increase. My body seemed to tolerate it better that way.

I took this for my anxiety but didn't notice any difference. It might depend on the individual.

My mom swore by this stuff for her memory issues. She loved it, but she's never been someone to worry about side effects.
