Drowsiness is a common side effect, but usually not severe. If you're feeling unusually tired, it could be something else. I'd talk to your doctor. Antihistamines do cause drowsiness, but they can also cause other side effects, like stomach pain or headache, so you might want to mention that too.
Cetirizine might not be the best for everyone. My friend started taking it and had a really bad reaction. I'm glad I never tried it.
I take the regular Cetirizine 10mg and it works great for me. I barely feel any drowsiness. If you're feeling really tired, maybe consider switching to that?
I've never felt drowsy, but I do get a really dry mouth sometimes. If you're feeling weak or unusually tired, definitely consult your doctor. But maybe try switching to a different allergy medication.
