I've had bad experiences with other antipsychotics, so I was really hesitant to try Chlorpromazine. But it's been surprisingly manageable. The dry mouth is annoying, but the drowsiness is actually a positive for me, since I have trouble sleeping.

I can't emphasize enough how important it is to report any side effects to your doctor immediately. The last thing you want is to ignore something serious.
