I've been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis for years, and Ciclopirox 1% Shampoo has been a game-changer. For those who don't know, seborrheic dermatitis is a skin condition that causes flaky, itchy, and red skin on the scalp. This shampoo works by stopping the growth of the fungus that contributes to this condition. However, I've had some side effects that I want to share. I've had some skin irritation at the application site. It's not too serious, but I've noticed redness and some swelling. It can be a bit uncomfortable. I've been using it for about a month now, and I've seen a noticeable improvement in my symptoms. But I'm curious to hear from others who have used this shampoo. What side effects have you experienced? Are there any tips you can share about how to minimize these side effects? Thanks!

I had a really bad reaction to this shampoo. I got a rash all over my face and had to stop using it immediately. So be careful if you have sensitive skin. It can be a bit scary.

I've had some trouble with hair color changing. Anyone else experience this? It’s a bit concerning.

I've had great success with this shampoo for my seborrheic dermatitis. I've been using it for about six months now, and my scalp has never been better. I didn't experience any serious side effects, just a bit of dryness at first, which went away after a while. I'll just note that I try to keep it off the sensitive skin on my face by tying my hair back tightly.

I've been using Ciclopirox 1% Shampoo for a few weeks now, and it's definitely helped with the flaking and itching. However, I did experience some burning sensation at first. I found that using it every other day instead of daily helped a lot. Also, make sure to leave it on for at least 5 minutes before rinsing for best results.

I've had some concerns about using this shampoo with other medications. Anyone have any experience with this?

I've been using it for a couple of months now, and it's been a game-changer. I've had some redness and itching, but nothing too serious. I've found that using a mild conditioner after rinsing helps a lot.

I tried to set a routine with this shampoo and didn't have any big problems. I started using it three times a week and suddenly my itchiness and flaking went away. I used a gentle conditioner after washing to keep my scalp healthy.

Thanks for the tips! I'll try using it every other day. I'm also considering using a gentle conditioner to help with the irritation.

I switched to this shampoo after my doctor recommended it. I had some irritation at first, but it went away after a couple of weeks. I've also noticed that my hair feels healthier and less oily.

I second that. I've had great results with this shampoo, but the redness was a bit of a concern. I also switched to every other day and it helped a lot. I've also been using a gentle conditioner after to help soothe my scalp.
