I've been battling a nasty toenail fungus for months and finally decided to try Ciclopirox 8% Nail Lacquer. I've been using it for about two months now, and I wanted to share my experience, some tips I've picked up, and discuss any side effects I've encountered. I applied it once a week for a month, and then I applied it twice a week for another month. I'm hoping to see some improvement in the next few months as nail growth is slow. I've read that it can take up to a year for a new nail to grow in completely. Does anyone else have experience with this medicine? Any tips or side effects I should know about?

I've been using Ciclopirox for about three months now and have noticed a significant improvement in my nail health. I apply it every other day and make sure to clean my nails thoroughly before application. The key is consistency, especially since nails grow so slowly.

I've heard mixed reviews about this but I think it all depends on how bad your infection is. Everyone's body is different so it’s hard to say whether or not this will work for you.

I had a bad reaction to this too, ended up with some rashes and swelling.

I had a nasty fungal infection and this was prescribed to me by my doctor. I used it for 8 months and finally got rid of it. Consistency is the key here. Just remember to apply it exactly as your doctor says and you should be fine. I'm so relieved to be fungus-free now!

I've been using it for a few weeks and haven't noticed any side effects yet. Fingers crossed!
