I was recently prescribed Cimetidine 400mg Tablets for my acid reflux. I've been taking them for a few weeks now, and I've seen a significant reduction in my symptoms. However, I've also noticed some mild side effects that have me a bit worried. I've been experiencing some confusion which seems to come and go. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience or if it's something I should talk to my doctor about immediately. I'm also curious about the long-term effects of taking this medication daily. Has anyone else had any issues with enlarged breasts while taking cimetidine, or is this a rare side effect? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated as I try to manage my condition effectively.

I've heard that some people have had liver issues with cimetidine, so if you start noticing symptoms like yellow skin or eyes, definitely seek medical attention right away. Be careful, liver issues are no joke.

I've been on cimetidine for a year now. I haven't experienced any of the severe side effects, but I did have some issues with decreased appetite and tiredness. It has been a good balance for me. If you're feeling uneasy consult a doctor.

I've been taking cimetidine for a few months and haven't had any side effects so far. Maybe I'm just lucky. I just take the pills with food and that seems to help.

I took cimetidine for a while and experienced some of the same side effects. The confusion was definitely the worst for me, but it eventually went away. It might be worth talking to your doctor about adjusting the dosage or switching medications if it becomes unbearable. Always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your health.
