I ended up in the hospital with a serious kidney infection, and Clindamycin was the only thing that worked. It was a bit scary, but it got the job done. Just keep an eye on your urine and anything unusual. Call your doctor if something feels off.

Just curious, does anyone know if Clindamycin interacts with other medications? I'm on a few things for chronic conditions, and I want to make sure there are no issues.

I had a bad experience with Clindamycin. I developed a rash, hives, and was itching all over. It was terrible. Definitely seek medical help if you notice any of these symptoms. I went to the ER, and they gave me Benadryl and steroids to manage the allergic reaction.

I’ve heard Clindamycin can cause a bad taste in your mouth. Is that true? How do you deal with it?

I've been on Clindamycin a few times, and each time, I made sure to complete the full course. My doctor emphasized the importance of not stopping early, even if you feel better. I also made sure to report any side effects right away. I had some pain at the injection site, which was mildly uncomfortable but manageable. My doctor recommended using a heating pad to help with the soreness.

Has anyone experienced any severe allergic reactions? I've heard horror stories about Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis. It’s scary stuff.

This stuff is no joke. I had a nasty infection and Clindamycin saved the day. Just remember to finish the course and be aware of the side effects. I ended up with some stomach issues, but it was worth it to get rid of the infection.

My doctor warned me about severe skin reactions. I had sores in my mouth and throat, and it was rough. It’s scary stuff. If you notice any of these symptoms, go to the ER. My experience was not fun and it was a good reminder to be vigilant with antibiotics.

I was prescribed Clindamycin after a nasty case of cellulitis. The injection was painful, but it cleared up the infection quickly. Just be vigilant about the side effects, especially the severe ones. I had some mild stomach upset, but nothing unbearable.

I had severe diarrhea and vomiting with Clindamycin the first time I took it. The doctor said it was a common side effect and gave me some medication to manage it. It was tough, but it got better. I had to be careful about dehydration, though.
