I recently started using Clobetasol 0.05% Emollient Foam for my psoriasis, and I've seen a significant reduction in redness and itching. However, I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else had experience with this medication and if so how long does it usually take to see results? I've read about the risk of thinning skin and other issues, so I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences. This isn't my first time using a topical steroid, but the foam formulation is new to me. any tips for application? I usually apply it to small affected areas and let it sit overnight, but I'm open to suggestions. My dermatologist recommended it, but I'm always cautious with strong medications. What is the recommended frequency of treatment for psoriasis and eczema?

I had the same concern about the side effects, but my dermatologist assured me that it's rare. The most important precautions are to not use it longer than needed. I check frequently to make sure the skin is healing properly, and so far, no issues. Just be sure to wash your hands after applying it so you don't affect any skin it touches.

I've been using Clobetasol for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer for my eczema. The foam is easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I apply it twice a day, morning and night, and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin.

I always thought steroids were bad for you. This is a steroid, right? But my doctor said this is different. What's the deal?

I had a weird allergic reaction to this. I called my doctor, and they said some people get a reaction to the propellant. I thought the issue was the steroid itself, but that wasn't it. I had to switch to the cream instead.

This stuff is a lifesaver. I've tried so many treatments for my psoriasis, and this is the first one that has actually worked. Just be careful with how much you use and how often. I've had good results with less frequent application and a strong moisturizer.

I've been using Clobetasol for a while and I have noticed my skin getting really dry in the areas I apply it to. I use a moisturizer right after I apply the foam, and it seems to help.

If you're worried about side effects, just keep an eye on your skin and talk to your doctor regularly. I've been using Clobetasol for a few months now, and I haven't had any issues. Just be careful and follow the instructions.

How long are you supposed to use this stuff? My doctor said a few weeks, but I'm feeling like I should be done by now.

I had a bad reaction to Clobetasol last time I tried it. It gave me some serious thinning skin and it felt like every pore was screaming at me. I'd be careful since I think it's super strong, but I might try it again when I run out of my current steroid

Anyone else had issues with the foam? I don't really like how it feels when it dries on my skin, but maybe it's just because I'm not used to it yet
