I've been taking Compete Tablets for about a month now, and I'm curious about other people's experiences. These multivitamin and multimineral supplements are designed to fill nutritional gaps and support overall health. I've noticed a bit of an energy boost, but I've also experienced some side effects like upset stomach and diarrhea. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar issues or if there are any tips to manage these side effects. Also, I'd love to hear if anyone has reported these side effects to the FDA, and how the process went.

I've had a few friends who've had good experiences with these tablets. They mentioned feeling more energetic like the product description says. I don't know if it's a placebo or if it actually helps them though.

I have a family history of iron deficiency and I've been taking Compete Tablets for a while now. I've experienced some stomach cramps and constipation, but I’ve also noticed that my iron levels have improved. I think the benefits outweigh the side effects for me. Has anyone else had a similar experience with iron deficiency?

I’ve been taking Compete Tablets for a while, but I’m starting to wonder if the side effects are worth it. I've had some stomach pain and my stool color has changed, which is a bit concerning. I’m thinking about switching to a different multivitamin. Has anyone else considered this or switched brands?

I actually researched side effects before starting my course of Compete Tablets. It is a multivitamin after all, so it's easy to overlook serious side effects. I've been monitoring my health really closely since they do have some serious side effects. For me, the benefits have really outweighed the risks. I can't even imagine what those side effects would feel like.
