Completenate Chewable Tablets are marketed as a must-have for women who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding. They claim to provide crucial nutrients like folic acid, iron, and calcium. I've been taking them for a few months now, but I'm not sure if they're making a difference. Has anyone else tried them? What are your experiences? Are they really necessary, or can we get these nutrients from our diet? Also, I've heard about some potential side effects like constipation and upset stomach. How have others dealt with these issues?

I've been taking them for a few weeks and I haven't noticed any side effects. But I'm not sure if it's worth the price. Does anyone know if they're covered by insurance?

I heard that the iron in these tablets can cause constipation. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had to stop taking them because of severe stomach pain. Definitely not worth it for me.

I think they're great, but you should definitely talk to your OB before making the switch.

I've been taking Completenate since I started trying to get pregnant and I haven’t had any issues. Definitely recommend them!

Folic acid is super important during pregnancy, so I think these tablets are great. Just wish they didn't taste so bad!

I switched to Completenate from another brand and noticed a huge difference in how I feel. Definitely worth it!

I've been taking Completenate for my entire pregnancy and loved them! No side effects and I feel like my energy levels are up.

I had some major stomach issues with these. Switched back to my regular prenatal and haven't had any problems since.
