I've been taking Corvite FE Tablets for a few months now as recommended by my doctor due to mild iron deficiency. Overall, I've had a positive experience. They've helped alleviate my fatigue, and I feel like my energy levels have improved significantly. However, I did experience some minor side effects like upset stomach and constipation, but my doctor advised me to take them with food, which helped a lot. I was initially worried about the more serious side effects like allergic reactions, but I've had no issues so far. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences. Also, I noticed my stool color changed to green, which the packaging said was normal due to the iron content. It's reassuring to know that the side effects, both minor and urgent, are clearly listed so you can seek help if needed. Has anyone had any unexpected or more severe side effects? It's important to stay informed, and reporting side effects to the FDA is also a good precautionary measure.

I had a friend who had a bad allergic reaction to a multivitamin. It was scary, and she had to go to the ER. It's good to know the signs of an allergic reaction so you can act quickly if something goes wrong.

I had the same experience as the OP initially. I felt better, but then my stomach started acting up. Just switching to dinner instead of breakfast made a huge difference.

My doctor told me that green stools are common with iron supplements and to not worry about it. If anyone else has noticed this, you’re not alone! It’s just the iron working its way through your body.

I've been taking Corvite FE for a few weeks now. I've noticed no side effects yet. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

Why didn’t they make these taste better? I really struggle getting them down!

I think this is a must for vegetarians, but it's also good for anyone who feels their diet might be lacking. It's just so convenient to take one pill a day and know you're getting all the essential vitamins and minerals, and you don't have to worry about overdosing on anything since it's regulated.
