I've been on Cotellic 20mg Tablets for a few months now, and I wanted to share my experience. Cotellic is a medication used to treat melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It works by blocking a specific protein (MEK) inside cancer cells, which helps to slow or stop the cancer from growing. I take it along with vemurafenib as prescribed.

So far, I've had some side effects, but nothing too severe. The most notable ones have been diarrhea and dry mouth, which are both manageable. I've also had some skin changes, which my doctor said is important to monitor.

I've been checking my skin regularly and reporting any changes to my doctor, as the instructions suggest. I'm also on the lookout for the more serious side effects listed, and I know to seek emergency care if I notice any of them. If you're considering this treatment, I hope my experience helps. It's definitely a journey, but knowing what to expect can make it a bit easier.

I'm on the same combination of medications. I've had a bit of fatigue and weakness, but overall, I'm feeling okay. I try to listen to my body and rest when I need to. It's a journey, and every body responds differently. Keep your spirits up and stay positive!

This is a comprehensive overview of the side effects and it seems you are handling them well. The skin checks are crucial. I've read that regular monitoring can catch any issues early, which is really important. Also, managing hydration can be key for dry mouth. Sipping water throughout the day can be a game-changer.

I've had a similar experience with Cotellic and vemurafenib. It's been a tough journey, but knowing that others are going through the same thing is comforting. I've had some skin changes too, and my doctor has been really helpful in monitoring them. Regular check-ups are essential, and I make sure to report any new symptoms immediately.

I've been really careful with my diet since starting these meds. I've cut down on spicy foods and anything that triggers my stomach. It's a really big adjustment, but I've found that keeping a food journal helps me track what works and what doesn't. It's been really helpful for me and I recommend trying it if you're struggling with side effects.

I'm going through something similar right now. It's scary, but knowing there are others out there going through the same thing helps a lot. Thank you for sharing your experience!

I had a bad reaction to it. I ended up with some severe skin issues and had to stop taking it. I ended up with a rash that was really uncomfortable and itchy. I can't imagine how much worse it could've gotten if I didn't stop taking it. I'm really sorry you guys are going through this.

I wish more doctors mentioned diet changes as a possible solution to side effects. I went through a lot of discomfort before realizing that certain foods were exacerbating my issues. It would have been nice to know earlier.

Have you noticed any improvement in your melanoma since starting Cotellic? I'm curious about the effectiveness of this combo.
