I've been experiencing some fatigue and brain fog lately. My doctor suggested trying Cyanocobalamin 500mcg Nasal Spray to treat my Vitamin B12 deficiency. Has anyone used this nasal spray before? I'm curious about your experiences with it, and if you've dealt with any side effects. The list of potential serious side effects is a bit concerning, so I'd love to hear from those who've used it. Is it worth it, or should I consider other options? Be sure to talk about the good, bad, and ugly.

Not sure if I want to use this after reading about the serious side effects. My doctor said the side effects are rare but to be honest, they are scary.

I switched to the nasal spray because I was sick of getting shots. It's so much easier to use and is really convenient. Just be sure you squeeze the bottle right after you put it in your nose. I was surprised that it stings a little.

I've had pernicious anemia for years and have tried various forms of B12 supplementation. The nasal spray was a relief to not have needles, and it worked well for me. I did experience some dizziness and headaches initially, but they subsided after a few weeks. You should talk to your doctor about combining this with other supplements you are taking

I feel like the nasal spray is worth a try if you're considering it. Just be sure to weigh the pros and cons and talk to your doctor about any concerns. I do think with a few drops you'll be all set, and it only needs to be done once a week, so it's not bad.
