I had a bad experience with this med. I got that serotonin syndrome thing, and it was terrifying. I had to go to the ER. But seriously, I'm glad I'm okay now. I wish I had known about the side effects before.
I found it made me so sleepy that I couldn't function. Maybe I should have tried it at night like you mentioned. Either way, I stuck with it for a few days, and my spasms improved a lot. I think it's worth giving it a shot.
