Cycling Through Cyclobenzaprine: Muscle Relaxers and Me
I've been prescribed Cyclobenzaprine 10mg tablets for muscle spasms due to a recent injury. Anyone else tried this? I'm curious about your experiences. Did it help you feel better? I've heard it can leave you feeling groggy, so I'm not sure whether to expect it. Has anyone had any side effects? How can I avoid them? Any tips on taking this medication effectively?

I had a bad experience with this med. I got that serotonin syndrome thing, and it was terrifying. I had to go to the ER. But seriously, I'm glad I'm okay now. I wish I had known about the side effects before.
I found it made me so sleepy that I couldn't function. Maybe I should have tried it at night like you mentioned. Either way, I stuck with it for a few days, and my spasms improved a lot. I think it's worth giving it a shot.
My doctor told me to take it with food to avoid an upset stomach. It really helped!
I took it for a few days and felt like a zombie. Couldn't function at all. I stopped taking it and stuck with physical therapy instead. It was a bit rough, but I'm glad. I might have to do it again.
I felt dizzy and weak on this med. I combat it by eating a lot of bananas and drinking electrolyte drinks. It helped a lot.
I have been on this drug for a few weeks now, and I have not had any adverse side effects. I do feel a little drowsy but manage it. I'm careful about taking it with other medications. If you're concerned, it may be worth talking to a pharmacist.
Cyclobenzaprine worked wonders for me after a car accident. It definitely made me drowsy, so I started taking it before bed. It was a game-changer for my recovery.
I'm on day 3 and feeling pretty exhausted. Is this normal? Shouldn't I take it with food?
I've heard it can interact badly with other medications, so be sure to check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting. Sometimes the risk is too high!
I've been on this for a while now, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues with constipation. It's been rough.
