I used it on a small cut and it stung like hell. I won't be using it again.

I've used Dakin's for years with chronic wounds and it's worked wonders. I mean, I use it after talking to a doctor. Always talk to a medical professional before using anything. I've never had any issues.
My doctor recommended it for a chronic wound that wasn't healing. It worked pretty well, but it did sting a bit. I think it helped the wound to heal. It did do the job. I would recommend it, but I would also say that it is worth talking to your doctor first.
I had a really bad reaction to this stuff. I had a horrible allergic reaction. My doctor recommended something else.
