Daybue 200mg/ml Oral Sol 450ml has recently been approved to treat Rett Syndrome in adults and children as young as 2 years old. This liquid medicine aims to improve symptoms of Rett Syndrome. While the approval is a significant step forward, the potential side effects are concerning. I've been researching and have found conflicting information on the efficacy vs. side effects. Has anyone had experience with Daybue and I'd love to hear your thoughts on the benefits and drawbacks?

I'm glad more people are talking about this. My daughter was on Daybue, but we had to stop due to severe allergic reactions. It was tough, but we found an alternative that works for her. If anyone has tips on managing side effects or switching meds, I'd love to hear them.

My daughter has been on Daybue for 6 months and we have noticed a decrease in anxiety and a bit of an appetite increase. She still has her struggles with the side effects but it seems to be stabilizing now.

I was on the fence about Daybue because of the potential side effects, but my doctor assured me that they are manageable with proper monitoring. I'm glad I took the leap because it has made a world of difference for my daughter.

So kids: if you are about to start on Daybue, be prepared for the side effects. It's a tough road, but the improvements are worth it. Stay strong!

My son was put on Daybue 3 months ago, and while he has shown some improvement, the constant vomiting has been tough to deal with. We're considering a change in medication but aren't sure what else to try. Can anyone share their experience with other treatments?

Daybue has been a godsend for my sister. She's been on it for a year, and her symptoms have improved significantly. We did have to deal with a lot of initial side effects, but they subsided after a couple of months. The key is to stick it out and monitor symptoms closely.

I'm a nurse and have seen a few patients on Daybue. The most concerning side effects are the potential for seizures and allergic reactions. Always keep an eye out for these, and make sure you have a plan in place if they occur.
