I've been taking these for a few weeks and I haven't had any issues. I take one a day and noticed a change in my energy levels. I think it's working well for me. I wish the ingredients were clear, like how much of each vitamin there is. I try to read the labels before buying, but it can be hard to find detailed information.
I actually stopped taking them because I had some bad allergic reactions. I got a skin rash and it was really itchy. I didn't think it was worth the risk. I was bummed because I really wanted it to work for me, but I just couldn't deal with the side effects.
I switched to Dekas Plus from another multivitamin and I’m loving the energy boost. I didn’t experience any major side effects, just a bit of an upset stomach at first. I think it’s worth it. I didn't have to jump through hoops to get it, either. It’s available in most stores, which makes it easy to pick up.

I had a really bad reaction to Dekas Plus. I started getting hives and had trouble breathing. I had to stop taking it immediately and see my doctor. I'm glad I didn't wait it out. Be safe and listen to your body.
Wait, did anyone else go through withdrawal symptoms after stopping these? I had headaches and felt generally weak for a few days. It was rough.
