After struggling with a stubborn bacterial infection and low sodium levels due to SIADH, I was prescribed Demeclocycline 150mg tablets. This antibiotic has been a game-changer for managing my symptoms, but I have to say, I was uncomfortable. The side effects were indeed intense. The drug is not for the faint-hearted, especially so with the potential for such severe reactions. Still, it works, and I have to adapt to living with it. I’m just warning anyone who's thinking of taking this to be prepared for anything from minor nausea up to serious kidney and liver issues. The whole experience made me think about how medications can be double-edged swords, so be careful out there. This thread is for you if you want to know more.

I've been on Demeclocycline for a month now and it's been fine so far, no side effects. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

My doctor prescribed Demeclocycline for SIADH and it has been a lifesaver. I've had no side effects so far, but I'm still being cautious. I would definitely recommend this to anyone dealing with similar issues. Still, I'm not sure if it's the best medication for everyone.

I had to stop taking Demeclocycline because of severe kidney problems. If you experience any changes in urine output or blood in the urine, seek medical attention immediately. The urgency of this can't be disregarded.

This is a long comment, don’t worry. I was prescribed Demeclocycline for a bacterial infection and it worked wonders. However, I experienced some severe side effects including rash, hives, and difficulty breathing. Luckily it was the worst time of the day so I could quickly get myself to the hospital. My doctor switched me to a different antibiotic and I feel much better now. Don't let the side effects get you down.
