I've been using Dermazinc Cream 120gm for a few weeks now to treat my eczema, and it's been a game-changer. My skin feels softer and less itchy, but I can't help but worry about the potential side effects listed. Has anyone else had serious side effects like skin infection or allergic reactions? I'm especially concerned about the risk of a severe allergic reaction. If you've experienced anything like that, please share your story and how you handled it. On the other hand, if you've had a great experience with this cream, I'd love to hear about that too! Let's discuss our experiences and maybe even some tips for using this cream safely.

I've had a weird reaction to Dermazinc. It wasn't anything serious, but my skin felt really warm and tingly after I applied it. I stopped using it because it was uncomfortable.

I think it's important to patch test any new cream before applying it all over. That way, you can see if you're going to have a reaction without putting yourself at risk.

I had no reaction from using the cream, but I am having a hard time finding it in stores. Does anyone know a good place where I can get a new tube?

I think people need to chill out. Most people won't have serious side effects. I've used it for years with no issues.

I've had no issues with Dermazinc, but I make sure to use it exactly as directed. I think that's key to avoiding side effects. Don't increase the amount or frequency without consulting a doctor.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction the first time I used it. My skin got really red and swollen, and I had trouble breathing. Turns out I was allergic to one of the ingredients. Seek medical help if you experience anything like that.

I've been using Dermazinc for a while now, and it's been great for my dry skin. No serious side effects here, just some mild skin irritation at first, but that went away.

I wish more people would report side effects to the FDA. We need better data on these things so we can make informed decisions.

This thread is scary, I just started using Dermazinc. I hope I don't have any serious reactions! Should I be worried?
