Desgen DM Tablets: The good, the bad, and the downright scary side effects.

Has anyone tried a different medication for chest congestion and cough? I'm worried about the side effects of Desgen DM, but I really need something to help me breathe better at night.

All the side effects they listed are terrifying. I guess I'll stick to my neti pot and some cough drops. But I'm curious, has anyone reported these side effects to the FDA? That's the right thing to do, isn't it?
