I've been taking Desmopressin 0.1mg Tablets for about three months now to help with nocturnal enuresis. It's been a game-changer in terms of reducing the frequency of nighttime urination. However, I've recently started experiencing some side effects that have me a bit concerned. Has anyone else encountered issues like excessive thirst or flushing? I'd love to hear from others who are taking this medication about their experiences and any tips they might have for managing side effects.

I take it for diabetes insipidus. It works great, but you're right, flushing can be annoying. I wear layers so I can adjust my clothing as my body temperature changes.

If you feel tired or weak, we all know that's just part of the deal with this stuff. I'm just grateful it's not worse.

Can anyone clarify if the side effects are dose-dependent? I feel like the higher the dose, the more likely you are to experience adverse effects.

Just wanted to throw out there that I know someone who had severe side effects from this and he ended up in the hospital. He had all the signs of low sodium levels. Something to keep an eye on!

I've been on Desmopressin for a while and have experienced some of the side effects you mentioned. One thing that helped me was drinking more water during the day. Hydration can help flush out the toxins and reduce some of the side effects.

I felt like this medication was a miracle. No more waking up every hour to run to the bathroom. I've been taking it for a few years now and I'm happy with it. But yeah, the flushing is annoying.
