I've been prescribed Dextroamphetamine 30mg Tablets for my ADHD, and while they've helped with focus, I've been experiencing some side effects that worry me. I've read about potentially serious side effects like serotonin syndrome, but I don't want to stop taking them without talking to my doctor. Has anyone else dealt with severe side effects, or should I just tough it out? Are there alternatives that work just as well but with fewer risks? I'm eager to hear from others who have experience with Dextroamphetamine, both positive and negative, so I can make an informed decision. Thanks for sharing your experiences!

I've been taking this medication for a while, and I've noticed that I've been having trouble controlling my body movements. I've also been having trouble controlling sounds, such as humming and throat clearing. It's really frustrating, and I'm not sure what to do about it.

Yeah, the side effects are no joke. I got the shakes so bad I couldn't even hold a cup of coffee. Plus, I was up all night every night. Doctor switched me to something else and it was way better.

I've been on Dextroamphetamine for a few years now, and it's been a game-changer for my ADHD. I had some trouble with restlessness and shaking at first, but my doctor adjusted the dose, and it cleared up. I'd recommend sticking with it and talking to your doctor about the side effects you're experiencing.

I swear, this stuff makes me feel like I'm on another planet. In a good way, but still.

My doctor mentioned something about resting heart rate, and wanted me to stop taking it if my heart ever went above or below a specific rate. Has anyone else had to worry about this?

I wish more people talked about the long term effects of this medication. I've been on it for years and I'm worried about what it's doing to my body in the long run. Anyone else feel the same?

I'm on the lowest dose and it's been great, high functioning, productive, and not much of the side effects that everyone talks about. I think it's all about finding the right dose.

Been on this for a while and it has been a game changer for my narcolepsy. I can finally stay awake through the day and function like a normal person. But be aware, it can be addictive so make sure to follow your doctors orders and don't take more than prescribed.

I've had really bad experiences with this medication. I've had a lot of issues with erectile dysfunction and hair loss. It also made my skin color change in weird ways. I had pale, blue, gray, purple, or red hands, feet, or other areas. It was horrible. I've been off it for a while now and my life is finally back to normal.

I had a friend who took Dextroamphetamine and ended up in the hospital with serotonin syndrome. It's rare, but it can happen if you're taking other medications that interact with it. Make sure your doctor knows everything you're taking, even over-the-counter stuff and supplements.
