I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant and I've been struggling with morning sickness. My doctor prescribed Diclegis 10-10mg Tablets, which contains doxylamine and pyridoxine. I've started taking them, but I'm curious if anyone else has used this medication and how effective it was for them. Also, what were your experiences with side effects? I've heard it can make you sleepy, but I'm hoping it's worth it if it helps with the nausea. Has anyone had any successes or troubles with this drug?

I was hoping this drug would be a miracle cure, but I still felt sick after taking it. Maybe it's just not the right medication for me. I'm going to talk to my doctor about trying something else.

Good luck! I took it and it helped with my morning sickness, but I was so tired, I had to take a nap every day. But it was worth it to not feel sick.

I felt a lot better after taking Diclegis, too! But I didn't have any side effects, so maybe you got lucky! I would see if you can take it at night and get the sleep benefit too. Your body needs the rest.

I took Diclegis for about a month and it helped a lot with the nausea, but I also gained a bunch of weight. I'm wondering if it's because of the medication or just because I'm eating more. I'm just hoping it'll come off after the baby is born.

I had a rough time with it. I ended up being allergic to it. I took it for the first two weeks and got hives and my tongue swelled up. Thanks to the hospital I'm now on a different medication. I would say it's worth it to try but be cautious and keep a close eye. Good luck!
