I've been using Diclofenac 3% Gel to treat actinic keratosis for a few months now, and I've seen some improvement, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had success with it. The application is straightforward, but I'm curious about other people's experiences. Have you noticed significant changes in the appearance of your skin lesions? I've heard it can take a while to see results, so I'm wondering if I should be patient or if there might be other factors at play. I've also been experiencing a bit of skin irritation, which I've been told is one of the possible side effects, but I'm not sure how common this is or how to manage it. With the increased risk of severe skin reactions, I've been cautious and a little worried. Any advice or shared experiences would be much appreciated.

I've been using this gel for a couple of weeks now, and I haven't noticed any significant changes yet. Is it normal to not see results this quickly?

I've tried this gel, but I didn't see any improvement. I switched to cryotherapy, and it worked much better for me. Everyone's skin is different, so it's worth trying different treatments if one doesn't work.

I also experienced some dizziness and headaches when I first started using the gel. My doctor advised me to take it easy and stay hydrated, and it seemed to help.

I've been using this gel for about 6 months and have seen a noticeable reduction in my actinic keratosis lesions. The key is to be consistent with the application, and it's important to follow the instructions carefully. I did experience some skin irritation initially, but it subsided after a few weeks. Make sure to apply a thin layer and avoid getting it on unaffected skin to minimize irritation. I've also found that using a gentle moisturizer afterwards helps to soothe the skin.

I'm really glad I found this thread. I was worried about the side effects, but it's helpful to know that others have had positive experiences. I'm going to stick with it and see how it goes.

If you're using Diclofenac 3% Gel, make sure to wear sunscreen daily, even if it's cloudy. The gel makes your skin more sensitive to UV rays, so you need to be extra careful. I learned this the hard way and got a nasty sunburn.

I had to stop using Diclofenac 3% Gel because of severe skin irritation. It was really uncomfortable, and I noticed that my skin was much more sensitive to sunlight. I switched to an alternative treatment, and my skin has improved a lot. I prefer to stick to gentler options, especially if I can avoid that burn if you rub it in for too long.

I feel like this gel is more of a band-aid than a solution. I think I'd feel more relieved if I were to get a more permanent treatment such as a medical procedure.

Has anyone else experienced any of the more serious side effects? I've been reading about the risk of high potassium levels and kidney problems.
