I've been prescribed Diclofenac/misoprostol 50-0.2mg Tab for my arthritis, and I must say, it's a game-changer. I've tried various pain relievers and anti-inflammatories, but this combination really stands out. The diclofenac works wonders for the pain and inflammation, and the misoprostol seems to keep my stomach happy. However, I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects listed. Has anyone else experienced serious issues with this medication? I want to be prepared, but I also don't want to stop taking it because the relief is incredible. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Side effects for this can be brutal. I had really bad diarrhea for a while. I mean, really bad. I had to go off it. But it was worth it. My arthritis pain was gone. I would recommend adding some immodium. That's what finally worked for me.

Watch out for the kidney problems. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because of this. It's rare, but it happens.

How does it compare to other NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen? I've been using those and they're not that bad, so I'm not sure about switching.

I've been taking this for 6 months now and haven't had any issues. I take it with a meal, and so far, so good. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

I've heard of people having skin reactions. If you start getting a rash, stop taking it and go to the ER right away. It can be really dangerous.

I know I should take it with food, but I forget sometimes. Is it really that bad? And can exercise make the side effects worse?

I've had a few friends who've had to switch off this stuff because of how bad the side effects were. I'm not sure I'm willing to take the risk. What if I get a fever, or chest pains, or can't urinate? I'm already anxious about it. I've been looking for a safer alternative with my doctor. Relief is great, but staying healthy is more important.

I've been on this med for a while now, and while it's helped with the pain, I did have some stomach issues at first. The misoprostol helped with that, but I'm always cautious about side effects too. Just make sure you take it with food and follow your doctor's advice closely.
