I was prescribed Diflorasone Diacetate 0.05% Ont 30g for my severe eczema and psoriasis flare-ups. My doctor explained that it's a strong topical corticosteroid to reduce redness, swelling, and itching. However, I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I've heard horror stories about steroid creams. Has anyone else used this cream? I'd love to hear your experiences, especially regarding side effects. Did you notice any of the urgent reactions listed, or was it just dryness, itching, or burning? How did you manage them? And what about long-term use? I'm concerned about things like skin thinning or changes in eyesight. What has your experience been like? Also, I've heard some people mention that this cream can cause weight gain or Cushing's syndrome. Has anyone experienced these issues? Finally, is it safe to use this cream while using other topical treatments? I'd really appreciate any insights or advice!

I just started using this cream and I'm already feeling the benefits. No side effects so far, just a bit of dryness. Fingers crossed it stays this way!

I've been using Diflorasone Diacetate for a while now, and I haven't experienced any side effects like allergic reactions or high blood sugar. I've just had some mild itching and dryness, but nothing too bad. I've been applying it sparingly, a small amount goes a long way. Be careful to avoid contact with eyes and mouth. And obviously, do not use it on broken or infected skin

I've used Diflorasone Diacetate for my psoriasis for a few months, applied it daily as directed. I had some mild skin irritation and dryness initially, but it went away after a couple of weeks. No serious side effects for me, thankfully, I did notice some slight skin thinning, but my doctor assured me it is common side effect. It's a strong medication so use it as directed by your doctor and I would say it's definitely worth it. It's been a lifesaver for my psoriasis flares

I've been using it for a few days now and it's already helped with the itching and swelling from my eczema. I have a large body part covered in eczema (upper thigh) and it was very itchy. My doctor prescribed the cream and I'm hoping it works well. I am concerned about side effects though, any tips on minimizing them?

I've always been cautious with topical steroids because of the potential side effects. Make sure not to use more than prescribed. I also recommend using a moisturizer to combat any dryness. I apply a light layer of moisturizer at night, let it set for a few minutes, and then apply the Diflorasone Diacetate. This helps to lock in moisture and reduce the dryness and irritation. I've heard that using it with other topical treatments can cause issues, like redness and irritation, so I avoid that

I had severe itching and swelling before Diflorasone Diacetate, and this stuff made it all go away. I'm so grateful for it. Just be careful where you apply the cream. Once I smeared it on my eye and OMG the pain was unbearable

I used this cream for a week and didn't see any improvement. I stopped using it and now I'm looking for other options. I would recommend trying other alternatives before opting for Diflorasone Diacetate

I used this cream for about a month, and I developed Cushing's syndrome. I had a moon face, severe headaches, and weight gain. It was terrifying. I stopped using it immediately and contacted my doctor. I'm still dealing with the side effects, I have to say I have never ever experienced anything similar to this
