I recently started using Dihydroergotamine 4mg/ml Spray for my migraines, and it has been a game-changer. The nasal spray format is convenient, and it works quickly to relieve my headache and nausea. However, I've read about some serious side effects, and it's made me a bit wary. Has anyone else had any issues with this medication? I want to make sure I'm safe and informed about potential risks.

I only tried the spray once, but it made me feel so dizzy and sick. I couldn't even stand up. I ended up throwing it out. I think I'll stick to my old meds, even though they're not as effective.

Honestly, the side effects list is a bit scary. I was considering trying this, but now I'm second-guessing it. Has anyone had any issues with high blood pressure or heart problems? I want to be safe.

I had a bit of nose irritation at first, but it went away after a few days. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully. This stuff is powerful!

I've been using this for a few months now, and it's been great for my migraines. No side effects so far, knock on wood!

I've been using this for a while and it's been a lifesaver. I get migraines with a lot of nausea, and this spray takes care of it all. It's worth the risk for me. Just always keep your doctor in the loop.

I use this spray, but I've been having trouble with nose bleeds. It's kind of a pain, but it seems to be the only thing that works for my migraines. Anyone know any tricks to prevent them?
