I started taking Diltiazem ER 120mg Tablets a few months ago after being diagnosed with both high blood pressure and angina. The doctor explained that this medication helps relax blood vessels and slows down your heart rate, making it easier for the heart to pump blood. This has been quite effective in managing my symptoms, but I've also encountered some side effects. I've experienced headaches and occasional dizziness, but nothing too severe. I'm curious to hear from others who have tried this medication. How has it worked for you? What side effects have you encountered, and how have you managed them?

Anyone else experience weird skin reactions? I got these really itchy hives after taking the first dose, had to rush to the ER. Docs told me it was an allergic reaction, and I had to switch meds. Just a heads up to be careful!

I was a bit hesitant to start this medication because of the potential side effects, but my doctor assured me that the benefits outweighed the risks. I'm glad I listened. I've had no major issues, just a bit of fatigue sometimes. But honestly, it's a small price to pay for better heart health.

I feel like the fatigue is the worst part for me. It's not just being tired, it's like I can't even think straight. Anyone else feel this way? I'm trying to figure out if there are any supplements or changes I can make to combat it.

Has anyone else noticed a significant weight gain? I've put on about 10 lbs since starting this medication, and I can't figure out why. My diet and exercise haven't changed, so it's got to be the Diltiazem. Anyone have any tips on managing this?

Just started Diltiazem ER and already feeling a bit off, but my doctor says it takes time to adjust. Hoping it will get better soon. I need my heart to chill out!

Just a heads up, if you experience any of the really bad skin reactions like Stevens-Johnson syndrome, get to a hospital ASAP. It's rare, but it can be life-threatening. I had a friend who went through this, and it was horrifying. Be safe out there!

I'm really hoping this works for me. My blood pressure and angina have been a nightmare. I'm willing to deal with some side effects if it means I can finally get relief. Fingers crossed!

I've been on Diltiazem ER for about 6 months now, and I've noticed that my blood pressure is much more stable. However, I have experienced some really bad dizziness. It's scary, because sometimes it happens when I'm driving. I had to switch to a different med, but I miss the stability this one gave me.

I've been on Diltiazem ER for over a year now, and it's been a game-changer for me. My blood pressure has stabilized, and I haven't had any major angina attacks since I started taking it. The side effects were minimal for me—just some mild dizziness that went away after a few weeks. I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it if you're struggling with similar issues.
