I've been prescribed Dipyridamole 50mg tablets to help prevent blood clots and widen blood vessels. While I understand it's often used to prevent strokes and other clot-related problems, I'm a bit anxious about the potential side effects. I've read about the urgent side effects that require immediate medical attention, such as allergic reactions and liver problems, but I'm also curious about the more common side effects, like dizziness. Has anyone else experienced these side effects? How did you manage them? I'm also interested in hearing about any tips for taking this medication effectively. I'm curious, what do you guys think?

Just a heads up, this medication can cause a temporary increase in heart palpitations. If you're dealing with chest pain, caution is double. Do not forget to seek medical help right away.

I've had no issues, but I do have to take the extended release tablets, that might make a difference.

I had to stop taking Dipyridamole because it caused me to have severe headaches and dizziness. It was awful.

I was told by my doctor to not mix this with caffeine. And I swore off coffee, but I love my morning caffeine buzz. But worth the health risks.
