I've been on Dobutamine for a few weeks now, and it's been a lifesaver. My heart feels stronger, but I did have some dizziness at first. Just make sure to stay hydrated and talk to your doctor if it gets worse.
Make sure you're monitored closely when you start this. The doctors will check your blood pressure and heart rate frequently.
Be careful with the allergic reactions. I had a mild rash, but it went away after a few days. The nurse said it's not uncommon, but it's still scary.
I had a severe reaction to this when I last took it - it's a scary drug. I wish they could offer an alternative.
I'm on Dobutamine too, and I've had no issues so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
