I've been struggling with acne for a while and my dermatologist prescribed Adapalene 0.3% Gel. I've used the over-the-counter version before, but this is a stronger prescription. I'm a bit nervous about potential side effects like skin irritation and allergic reactions. Has anyone else used this? How was your experience? What should I expect? I'm hoping to find some insights or tips from those who have tried it before. Thanks!

I had a really bad reaction to it. My skin got so red and irritated. Be careful when you start using it.

I had a friend who used this and her skin turned into a desert. She had to stop immediately.

I switched from the over-the-counter version to the 0.3% and it made a huge difference. Just remember to start slow and give your skin time to adjust.

It's been a lifesaver for me. I used to have so many breakouts, but since I started using it, my skin has cleared up a lot. It's not cheap but totally worth it.

I had no idea this stuff was so strong! I thought it was just like the regular adapalene. My skin is so much better now. I am super happy with it. Just don't forget to use sunscreen! I learned that the hard way.

I like the pump dispenser. It makes it so easy to use just the right amount. One thing that really helped me was applying it every other day at first. My skin wasn't as irritated and could build up a tolerance.
