I've been prescribed Triderm 0.5% Cream for my eczema, and I'm curious to know if anyone else has used it for similar skin conditions. It's a steroid cream, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I've read about things like skin thinning and changes in skin color, which are pretty scary. Has anyone else dealt with these issues? Also, how long did it take for you to see improvements in your skin? I'm hoping to get some insights and tips from others who have used this cream. Thanks in advance!

I've used Triderm for my psoriasis and it worked wonders! It took about a week to see significant improvement, and the redness and itching were gone within two weeks. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and don't overuse it.

Did your doctor explain how to taper off the cream? That's super important to avoid rebound flare-ups.

I used Triderm on a patch of psoriasis on my elbow. Right after I started, the area felt like it was burning, and it turned bright red. I stopped using it right away and called my doctor. It turns out I was having an allergic reaction. Moral of the story: if something feels off, trust your instincts and check with your doctor.

I used Triderm for a few months and didn't have any major side effects. It really helped with the itching and swelling, but I did notice some dryness. I just made sure to moisturize regularly and it wasn't a big deal.

Just a heads up, if you start experiencing mood swings or feeling jittery, that could be a sign of high blood sugar from the cream. It's rare, but it happens.

Y'all are worrying too much. It's just a cream. Unless you're having a bad reaction, you should be fine.

I've had good results with Triderm, but I always wear sunscreen over the treated areas because steroid creams can make your skin more sensitive to the sun.

I've been using Triderm for about a month now and it's been a lifesaver. My skin has improved so much, but this is the first steroid cream I've ever used. I'm still a bit worried about the long-term effects, even though my doctor assured me it's safe for short-term use.
