I've been trying to quit smoking for what feels like forever, and I recently picked up some Nicotine SF 2mg Cinn Gum 100's to help with the process. Has anyone else tried this method? I'm curious to know if it's truly effective and how long it took to see results. I've read about the side effects, but I'm hoping the benefits outweigh the risks. Are there any tips for making the most out of this nicotine gum? For example, should I be chewing it continuously or at specific intervals? Additionally, how long should I expect to use the gum before I can completely quit? I'm really hoping this works because I'm desperate to break free from this addiction. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I tried it but didn't stick with it. I found the gum to be a bit hard to chew and the flavor wasn't great. I think I would have done better with the lozenges or patches. Maybe it's just me, though. I got a burning sensation a few times after chewing a piece and decided to stop using it. I don't think it's worth the risk of getting severe side effects. I think that I'd feel better knowing I was using a product that didn't have as much nicotine as the gum does.

I've tried a few different nicotine replacement therapies, and this gum is by far the best. It's convenient, and I can use it anywhere. I just hope I don't run into any of the side effects, especially the more serious ones. Pro tip, if you keep a log of your cravings and when you use the gum, it can help you identify patterns. I noticed I always reach for a piece after meals, so I'm planning to adjust my routine to avoid that.

I hear you! The gum is so helpful. But remember to keep your doctor in the loop! I think the biggest challenge is actually sticking with a single method. I've found that combining different methods, like gum and patches, can be really effective. It's important to find what works for you and stick with it. It can be tough. But if you can avoid the discomfort and make it work, it can be worth it. The gum hasn't been easy for me to use, but it seems to be helping. I've tried so many things but nothing worked until I tried the gum.

I chewed Nicotine gum a year back. It made me feel very wired, but it was worth it once I realized it was because I was so used to the tobacco. So maybe that's a good sign!? Also, good to know that if you got slight diarrhea or anything, to stop immediately and see a doctor. The gum is good but not if it's ruining your gut.

I've been using Nicotine SF 2mg Cinn Gum for about a month now, and it's been a game-changer. I started by chewing one piece every time I had a craving, but now I've cut down to just a few pieces a day. It's definitely helped me reduce my dependence on nicotine. And the cinnamon flavor is actually pretty good! I especially like that it helps me feel more in control of my cravings. I don't think the side effects are too bad. I got a bit of sore throat for a couple of days but it went away. Do you find that the gum helps you relax, or do you feel more on edge sometimes? It's confusing because I heard that nicotine can do both. But I'm pretty sure the gum is helping me take it easier.
