So, recently I picked up Sod Sulfacetamide 10% Shampoo to deal with my stubborn seborrheic dermatitis, and I've been seeing mixed reviews online. It's supposed to treat conditions like itchy skin and acne by stopping bacterial growth, but I've heard some serious side effects stories. Some users have noted rare but severe reactions, like liver problems, blood issues, and even Stevens-Johnson syndrome. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I'm not sure whether to continue. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I'm especially concerned about the risk of severe skin reactions or allergic reactions. My dermatologist swears by the stuff, but the internet is full of horror stories. What are your thoughts?

I've been using it for months and haven't had any issues. Definitely helped with my flakes and itchiness, but everyone is different, so listen to your body!

I love this stuff. I've had flaky skin and acne for years and I've never found something that helps as much as this. But I've also never had any side effects. Just be careful and make sure you talk to your doctor if you notice anything weird. Acute symptoms you should be worried about. I can’t stress that enough. This is a serious drug and it can have side effects if you don’t watch it. You’ve been warned.

I've got seborrheic dermatitis and it's been a nightmare. I've tried everything but I'm not sure about this stuff. My skin is already so irritated, I'm worried about those side effects too. Has anyone tried it with severe skin conditions? Everyone is talking about the Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Give me the good word, please.
