I've been taking Vitamin C 1000mg with Rose Hips Tabs for a few weeks now, and I'm curious if anyone else has noticed a significant boost in their immune system. I keep hearing about rose hips being a natural source of Vitamin C and other beneficial plant compounds, but I'm skeptical about the actual benefits. Has anyone experienced any side effects or noticed any real improvements in their overall health? I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth the money and if I need to add anything else to my routine for stronger immune system.

I take these with food to avoid the upset stomach. It seems to help a lot! But you're right, don't overdo it.

I like these because they are natural and have no weird additives. And I love that they come in tablet form — so easy to take! But yeah, the diarrhea can be a bummer if you take too many.
