I've been prescribed Dorzolamide-Timolol Ophth Soln 10ml for my glaucoma, and I'm terrified of the side effects. Has anyone else had experiences with this medication? I'm particularly worried about the rare but serious side effects like allergic reactions, liver problems, and heart failure. I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't had any major issues, but the thought of these potential complications keeps me up at night. Has anyone had any severe side effects or know someone who has? I'd love to hear from anyone who can provide some reassurance or advice on how to manage these fears. I've read the FDA reports and the full list of side effects. I'm also curious how often people experience the less severe side effects like burning, stinging, or blurred vision. Has anyone found any tips to mitigate these? Also, I'm looking for tips on applying the drops correctly, I feel like I'm doing it wrong! Please share your experiences and any advice you have. Thanks!

I had a friend who had some crazy side effects like muscle weakness and abnormal heartbeat. She had to stop using it. It's scary stuff, but everyone is different.

I've had no issues with this at all. Also, I find it helps to lie down and look up at the ceiling when applying the drops. It makes it way easier to get them in without blinking.

Be careful with this stuff. My grandmother used it but her reaction was severe. I did some research and found that elderly people are more likely to have adverse reactions to this medication.

I've had some dizziness and sweating, but my doctor said it's probably just my body adjusting to the medication. It's been a rough couple of weeks, but I'm hoping it gets better. Fingers crossed!

I was really worried about the heart failure side effect, but my doctor assured me it's extremely rare. Just keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms and talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
