I started taking these capsules a few weeks ago and I've already noticed a significant improvement in my bone pain. My doctor had me take three capsules a week, and so far I haven't experienced any serious side effects. I hope it continues to work well for me.
I've been dealing with muscle stiffness and it's been no joke. I had to adjust my exercise routine completely. I'm on a daily stretching regimen now and it's really helping. Just don't let the side effects discourage you if you need this medication. It’s a small price to pay for better health.
Has anyone else noticed changes in their mood while taking this? I've felt a bit down lately and I'm not sure if it's related. I'll bring it up with my doctor, but I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
Aren’t the side effects of high calcium levels just horrifying? I’m scared just reading the list. I’m thankful that I haven’t had any issues yet, but I know someone who did and they had to stop taking it. Be sure to take it easy when you first start.
