I was prescribed Doxil 50mg/25ml Inj last week. It's been a rollercoaster. Really hoping it targets the cancer cells quickly, but I'm nervous about possible side effects. I've heard good things about this liposomal coating, but it's still hard to know what to expect. Has anyone else had experience with Doxil, and how did it go? Any tips on managing side effects would be much appreciated too! Also what did the doctors say about the side effects this medicine makes urine turn orange? That's a bit strange to me.

I had a severe allergic reaction to Doxil—hives, swelling, the whole shebang. I had to go to the ER and stop treatment. If you start feeling weird, don’t wait it out. Get help ASAP.
