I've been hearing a lot about Duet DHA Balanced, a daily supplement for pregnant women and those breastfeeding. The product promises essential vitamins, minerals, and omega 3 fatty acid for the development of baby's brain, eyes and nervous system which are all important. However I've seen some negative reviews about the side effects. Does anyone have experience with this supplement? Is it worth the money and potential side effects or is it just a gimmick? I would love to hear from others who have tried it, especially those who have dealt with any of the side effects mentioned, like upset stomach, vomiting, or fever.

This is a must-have. It's essential for every pregnant woman to get a proper dosage of DHA and important vitamins like iron and folate. I've already bought a second bottle for the next month.

I had diarrhea and vomiting when I tried this. Ended up switching to another brand. I think it's worth trying if your doctor recommends it, but if you start getting side effects, get out fast.

This seems like a solid alternative to other prenatal vitamins. I switched to this for the green stool color. It's far more convenient. Also just a heads up, but the change in stool color is supposed to be normal. You'll get used to it.

I've been taking Duet DHA Balanced for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. I felt a bit nauseous at first but it went away after a week. I think it's worth it for the peace of mind knowing I'm getting all the necessary nutrients, and it's easy to take with food.

I'm on my second bottle and haven't had any issues. I've heard the allergic reactions are rare, so I'm not too worried. Just make sure to keep an eye out for any severe symptoms.

I switched to Duet DHA Balanced from my regular prenatal vitamins and I noticed a big difference in my energy levels. My doctor recommended it, and I'm really happy with it. Definitely worth the extra cost in my opinion.
