I've been using Dulera for a few months now, and I'm curious to hear from others about their experiences. It contains both a corticosteroid and a long-acting bronchodilator, which helps with inflammation and keeping airways open. However, the possible side effects are a bit concerning. Have any of you experienced any of the urgent side effects listed, like severe allergic reactions or issues with blood sugar levels? I've had trouble with nose and throat irritation, but nothing severe. What about you all? Would you recommend this to someone who is just starting on this medication or are there better alternatives?

Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up in the ER because of severe breathing problems. Turns out, he didn't have his rescue inhaler with him. Make sure you always have it on you, just in case.

People often talk about the side effects, but it’s important to remember that it works really well for a lot of people. I think the key is to stay in touch with your doctor and report any issues right away.

I switched to Dulera after trying a few other inhalers, and it's been a game-changer for my asthma control. I do get headaches from time to time, but nothing near as bad as the wheezing and chest tightness I used to have. As long as you keep your rescue inhaler handy, you should be fine.

I had severe chest pain with Dulera and had to switch to a different inhaler. The side effects are real, and they can be scary. Don’t ignore the warnings.
