I've been on Duloxetine DR 60mg for about 6 months now to help with chronic pain from fibromyalgia and I've had mixed experiences. The first month was tough, with a lot of nausea and fatigue, but things have improved. I'm feeling less anxious and am able to manage my pain better. However, I've started to experience some dry mouth and occasional dizziness. Has anyone else had similar side effects? Curious if this will go away or if I need to talk to my doctor about adjusting my dosage. On the plus side, my mood has improved significantly, and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. I've also been more active, which has been great for my overall well-being. I'm just a bit worried about the side effects and if they will become more severe. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated! Also, I have been experiencing occasional migraines which has me concerned as it is not listed as a side effect. Just want to understand if this is normal or not. Thanks!

Dry mouth is no joke. I started chewing sugar-free gum and it's made a world of difference.

Have you tried cutting down on caffeine? It can sometimes exacerbate the dizziness and headaches. Worth a shot!

I feel like the doctor should have warned you that it could be risky to take this medicine. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because of this medicine. Be careful.

I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with these side effects. It might be worth discussing a different dosage or maybe even a different medication with your doctor. It's important to find something that works for you without causing too many issues. My doc suggested cutting the dosage in half. Might be worth a shot. Best of luck!
