I recently started using Duramorph 0.5mg/ml Inj,10ml for chronic pain management. I'm interested to hear about others' experiences, especially since this medication comes with a long list of possible side effects. Has anyone else dealt with the side effects like severe constipation, muscle spasms or depression? What are the best ways to manage these symptoms? Additionally, I'm curious about the spinal injection aspect—does anyone have experience with paralysis or mobility issues? I want to be prepared for anything. Thanks in advance for any insights!

Be very careful with this medication. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital due to severe allergic reactions and breathing difficulties. It's scary stuff.

Serotonin syndrome is no joke. If you're taking any other medications, make sure to check with your doctor to avoid this. It can be life-threatening.

If anyone is experiencing mood changes, it might be worth talking to your doctor about antidepressants. Sometimes they can help balance out the side effects.

I wish there was more information out there about handling the hormonal changes. It's been a struggle for me, and I'm not sure what to do.

Anyone else find that Duramorph makes them excessively sweaty? It's like I can't stop sweating, even when I'm cold. Super uncomfortable.

I've been on Duramorph for a while now, and the constipation has been a major issue. I've found that increasing my fiber intake and drinking plenty of water really helps.

I've heard horror stories about the spinal injections. If you go this route, make sure you have a good doctor who knows what they're doing. The risks are high, but so is the potential for relief.
