Make sure you shake the mixture well before administration. Erythromycin can cause stomach upset and diarrhea. If your kid has more than 2-3 loose stools in a 24 hour period, call your doctor.

I had to move my husband from taking erythromycin to another antibiotic due to side effects. If you or your child experience any irregular heartbeat, contact your doctor immediately.
My doctor prescribed the same for my infection. Make sure that your child is taking the correct dose and that you are not giving them too much. Always check with your healthcare provider to ensure it is okay to use with other medicines.
