I recently started taking Effer-K and I have had major issues with stomach pain, is this normal? I feel like my doctor might have pushed these on me, and I would be interested in finding a substitute, anyone have any recommendations?

I got really dizzy and had some tingling in my hands after taking Effer-K. Turns out I have high potassium levels now, so I had to stop taking it. Be cautious and monitor your levels.
I've been taking Effer-K for a while now and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional stomach upset, which I manage with some antacids. Keep an eye on your diet too; potassium-rich foods can help.
I've found that taking Effer-K in the evening helps with the stomach issues. It seems to work better for me that way.
