I only had mild side effects, but I did notice that my appetite decreased. Maybe it was a mix of the medication and the chemo, but it was tough.
I had a few of the other side effects like hives and itching. It was scary at first, but my doctor said it was a mild allergic reaction and adjusted the dosage.
I didn't have any serious side effects, but I did feel really weak and had a few headaches. It was a trade-off, but it was worth it to avoid the vomiting.
Dealing with nausea from chemo is tough, and I don't want to add Emend's side effects to the mix. Has anyone tried other medications and found them to work better?
