I actually had no side effects except for the cough. I don't even notice it anymore. I'd be more concerned about the kidney issues though.
I had a really bad reaction to Enalapril. I developed hives and had trouble breathing. I had to go to the ER. Definitely seek medical attention if you experience any of those symptoms.
