Endari is a medicine used to help manage sickle cell disease by reducing painful crises and hospital visits. I've recently started taking Endari 5gm Oral Powder Packet and wanted to share my experiences and learn from others who are also using it or treating people who are. The product is an oral powder that contains L-glutamine, a natural amino acid, and is designed to help protect your red blood cells from damage. It can be a life-changing medication for those diagnosed with sickle cell disease. However, like any medication, it can have side effects, some of which can be serious. I'd love to hear about your journey, advice on managing side effects, and any tips you have for making the most out of this treatment. It’s crucial to talk to healthcare professionals about any symptoms you're experiencing, especially if you're noticing any of the more serious side effects. I hope all of us who are living with sickle cell disease can share experiences and advice from our journey with Endari.

Just started Endari. Has anyone else had issues with stomach pain? It's been a bit tough to deal with.

Has anyone else noticed a difference in how often they get sick? I feel like I've been getting sick less often since starting Endari, but I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence.

I mix it with juice and it goes down really smooth. Plus, it makes it a bit easier to swallow. But make sure to check with your doctor on mixing it with any drinks or food.

I've been on Endari for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer. My painful crises have decreased significantly, and I haven't had to go to the hospital as often. Highly recommend talking to your doctor about it if you're struggling with sickle cell disease.

Endari has been a lifesaver for my daughter. She's had fewer hospital visits, and her overall quality of life has improved. I just wish the side effects weren't as harsh at times. But overall, it's worth it!

Been on Endari for a year now. The most annoying side effect for me has been headaches. I've found that staying hydrated and taking over-the-counter pain relievers help a lot.

Just curious, but how do you take the powder? I've heard it can be tough to mix with water. Any tips?

Yes, I experienced some stomach pain initially, but my doctor adjusted the dosage, and it got better. Also, make sure to take it with food to help minimize the side effects. It's also important to stay hydrated.

Endari has been a mixed bag for me. While it does reduce the crises, the constant gas and bloating are really annoying. I've tried adjusting my diet, but it doesn't seem to help much. Maybe I need to talk to my doctor about it again.
