I've been taking Entresto 15-16mg for about 3 months now, and while it seems to be helping with my heart failure symptoms, I've been experiencing some side effects that I'm not sure about. I was hoping to hear from others who have taken this medication and find out what their experiences have been like and if my side effects are normal. Entresto is supposed to help your heart pump blood more easily and reduce the strain on your heart, but I've been feeling extremely tired and weak lately. Is this a common side effect? Also, I've noticed that I've been coughing more than usual. This drug doesn't seem to be my favorite but does seem to help. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've been taking Entresto for a while and I've had some issues with high potassium levels. It's something to keep in mind and monitor with your doctor.

I think the medication is doing its job. I've noticed some coughing but it's manageable. I just keep an eye on my symptoms. It's all about being proactive and vigilant.

I've been on Entresto for over a year and I started getting kidney problems. Make sure to keep an eye out for those symptoms.

Dizziness and fainting are rare but serious side effects of Entresto. If you experience these, definitely contact your doctor ASAP.

How often should I check in with my doctor? Monthly? Weekly? Also, the sudden weight gain is a pretty good indicator of trouble, right?

I think the benefits outweigh the side effects. I've had coughing too but my doctor said it’s common. Just take it as prescribed and talk to your doctor.

I've been on Entresto for about 6 months now, and while it's helped a lot with my heart failure, I've also had some strange symptoms like feeling extremely tired or weak. I think it's worth it though, just make sure to talk to your doctor about any concerns. It's all about balancing the benefits and the side effects. Sometimes the side effects can be pretty nasty, but if you're careful, you can manage them. It's all about finding the right balance for you.

I think Entresto is a lifesaver. I know the side effects can be rough, but it's doing wonders for my heart. Just keep an eye out and report any issues to your doctor. Sometimes the benefits far outweigh the downsides.
