Enulose 10gm/15ml Oral/rectal Sol: My Experience and Tips
I was recently prescribed Enulose to help with constipation and hepatic encephalopathy. I've been trying it out for a few weeks and thought I'd share my experience. The drug works by drawing water into the bowels, which helps soften stool and makes it easier to pass. For those with liver conditions, it helps reduce ammonia levels by making the stool more acidic. I've noticed some side effects, like gas and stomach cramps, but nothing too severe. I'm curious if anyone else has used Enulose and what their experiences have been. Also, any tips for managing the side effects would be appreciated!

I've used Enulose for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my constipation issues. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and monitor your bowel movements to prevent diarrhea.
Serious question: How long did it take for you to see results?
I had some major stomach cramps when I first started taking it. Maybe it was just my body adjusting, but I ended up skipping a day and it got better. Ditch the gas pills, they just make it worse.
Enulose is nasty tasting, but it gets the job done. Just mix it with something sweet to mask the taste.
I started Enulose for hepatic encephalopathy. It's been tough, but it's definitely helped with the ammonia levels. I had some trouble with gas and bloating at first, but it got better after a few days. I've also been taking probiotics to help with the digestive issues.
I was surprised by how quickly it worked for constipation. Within a day or two, I felt significant relief. The only downside is the bloating, but it's a small price to pay for the benefits. I might try the powder form next time to see if it makes a difference. Has anyone tried that?
I was worried about the side effects, especially the high blood sugar symptoms. I kept a close eye on my blood sugar levels and fortunately didn't experience any issues so far.
I just started Enulose and I'm already feeling so much better. I was having such a hard time with constipation and it was affecting my daily life. I've always had issues with my liver and this has been such a relief. If anyone hasn’t tried it and is struggling, I would recommend giving it a shot.
