Eraxis 50mg Inj, 1 Vial, containing Anidulafungin, is an antifungal medicine administered by injection into a vein. It works by targeting the cell wall of certain types of fungi, effectively killing them and treating serious fungal infections, particularly those caused by Candida. While it is a potent drug, it comes with a range of potential side effects that patients should be aware of. This thread is dedicated to discussing the possible side effects of Eraxis, including both serious and common reactions. We will also cover when to seek medical help and how to manage these side effects. If you or someone you know has experienced any issues with Eraxis, share your story or ask questions about what to expect.

I've been on Eraxis for a few weeks now and have experienced some mild side effects like headache and stomach pain. Nothing too bad so far, but I'm keeping an eye out for any serious symptoms.

I had to stop taking Eraxis because I developed a blood clot. It was terrifying, but I'm glad I caught it in time.

I had a really bad reaction to this drug. I developed a rash all over my body and had trouble breathing. I ended up in the ER and was told to stop taking it immediately. Be very careful if you start feeling any of the serious side effects listed.

I've heard that fluid and electrolyte problems can be a serious issue. Has anyone else experienced mood changes, muscle weakness, or severe dizziness? How did you manage it?

Be extra careful with any chest pain or pressure. It could be a sign of a blood clot.

I got really bad constipation on Eraxis. It was miserable, but I didn't want to stop the treatment. My doctor gave me a stool softener to help.

This drug saved my life, but the side effects were brutal. I had severe headaches and vomiting. It's a tough call between the benefits and the downsides.
